There can be server restrictions.

Could also be other software on your computer needs upgrading.

Someone has recently suggested Adobe Flash player can be an issue

Dear Support,

When you mean by Server restrcition what could be they ? Since the functionality was working fine till last week as of sudden it stopped. The site is configured in IIS 7.5 and operating system Windows server 2008R2.

Re: Unable to attach files to ticket

As I said other things within your environment can change and since qdPM Ex has not changed then it points to that.

Try looking at Adobe Flash player. Another poster said this can be the cause.

Otherwise you could contact your hosting company to see if a server setting has changed that is stopping the file being loaded. As part of that you could look at your error_log.
