Email Tickets Issues

Hello,

It seems that the link to the attachments from a ticket send by email isn't properly being included.

The link to the path of the image is: attachments/view/id/104
This should be an absolute path.

Re: Email Tickets Issues

Sure here's some steps :)

We have an image in our signature of our emails account.

1) When sending an email at support@domain.com which is the email that our ticket system uses to create a ticket automatically. In that email we had accents(utf8) and everything is processed perfectly. It returns the accents properly, but since the email's signature has an image, the image is included as an attachment in qdpm. But in the email sent to the user letting them know that a new ticket has been created, the link to the image is a relative path, rather than an absolute. (So the issue here is with the attachment)

2) Now in qdpm, I make a reply everything works fine and the user receives the comment message email.

3) Client now replies to the email, now here's the second issue. If the user includes accents or utf8 chars, then they are processed wrong when the ticket comment is being imported into qdpm.

Hope this helps.
