PROBLEM - 3rd party email reply is not working for all team

Hi,

When I reply from Outlook, or Safari/Chrome mobile the message is visible only for sender, not for all assigned users.

Are you referring to Ticket Comments send by email?

So you are saying when you make a ticket comment via email, only the sender can see the comment when logged into qdPM Ex?

That other users with access to the Ticket and its comments cannot see the sender's comment but the sender can?

Are these users in the same user group? Does this user group have same ticket permissions as the sender?

Hi,

The ideea is like this:

I am using Outlook or iOS email and I receive an alert by email, for example one new task. Can I replay/comment directly from Outlook/iOS and the message/comment to be viewed/received by all asigned users for that task/ticket/item?

No you cannot respond to task comment via Email.

This feature is only for Tickets.
