Which folder is the php.ini located? Is there one already in a subfolder somewhere, or do we just need to create one in the root of the installation?

you are using local server or shared hosting?
if shard hosting then ask you hosting support about it
if local server then just search file by name

Re: How we can increase loged in time

I'm using a remote server that is dedicated. So I have access to the php.ini at the server level, but much rather add one only to the directory that needs it instead of adding it globally. I'm just having problems finding the qdPM directory it is required in.
