Allows you configure tickets status, types, groups, priority, departments and custom extra fields for tickets
Each items have sort order, active status and default status.
Departments Configuration
- Allows you to assign one user to manage the department
- Allows assign different tickets types for departments
- Allows you configure which department will be for public or internal tickets
- Allows you configure IMAP server for tickets by email
Public Tickets Configuration
- Allows you configure to use attachments in public tickets form
- Allows you configure to user antispam protection in public tickets form
In tickets types configuration you can configure own extra fields for each tickets type
