Where can I install qdPM Extended?
qdPM Extended is a web based application that needs to be installed on a web server.
If you already have a web hosting account then you should be able to install qdPM Extended there.
If you do not have a web hosting account then you will need to get one. Please contact us if you need advise on which hosting company to choose.

What version of PHP does qdPM Ex need?
qdPM V4.6 works on PHP 7.2+. If you are running higher than 8.1, you may experience some incompatibility issues.
Version 3 and below work on PHP 5.2.4+. It does not work on PHP 7.
What are the system requirements?
qdPM Extended is a web-based application which means you need a web server to run it.
Most customers install qdPM Extended on the their existig hosting account as a sub-domain or sub-folder of their main domain.
Your server needs to run:
- PHP version >= PHP 7.2 + (*)
- MySQL: 5.0 or newer, InnoDB storage engine
- PDO drivers: mysql
Please note that qdPM Extended uses the PHP symfony framework version 1.4. The framework files are bundled with the application, so you do not need to install symfony before installing qdPM.
(*) If you are running higher than 8.1 you may experience some incompatibility issues.
How can I pay without a PayPal Account
You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay using PayPal.
After you checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal site. You will find a link on the page that allows you to pay without logging in or creating an account.
Click on that link and then you can enter your credit card information

Is the price a one-off charge?
Yes. You only pay once for your licence.
Your licence includes an allowance for one hostname change within the same domain e.g from test.yourdomain.com to pm.yourdomain.com
We cannot change the domain name in the hostanme or transfer the licence to another domain. If you change domain you need to purchase a new licence.

Is there a limit on the number of users/projects?
No, it is unlimited.
qdPM Extended does not limit the number of users or number of projects.
It has no limits at all.

We charge $90 to set up private demos on our server whch is offset from the cost of the licence
How do I change the domain name?
You cannot change the domain name of the licence hostname after purchase.
The domain is embedded in the licence key.
You will need to purchase a new licence for your new domain in order to obtain a new licence key.
Please note you will not need to update the software after purchase, just load the new licence file to the designated folder.
What if I want a refund?
As this is downloadable software that cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds.
Please make sure you satisfy yourself as to the features of the software before purchase.

Again, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
Can I have a discount?
The answer is no. We offer qdPM for free. If you cannot afford qdPM Extended then you can use qdPM.
Is it possible to upgrade from qdPM to qdPM Extended?
qdPM Extended based on qdPM so it easy to upgrade.
You basically just need copy new files and run some sql queries. All existing data will be kept.
