Edit Extra Field

Access Configuration

You can add unlimited extra fields for Projects, Tasks, Tickets, Discussions, Users, Contacts and Events in scheduler

Extra fields can depend with type of project, task, tickets or discussion. Extra fields for users can be depended with user group.

Also, if you have a lot of extra fields, you can separate them by Form Tab.

Extra Fields Types

• Input Field
  Simple input text field.
• Input Numeric Field
  Numeric value. Total of numeric values calculated on tasks listing page
• Input Url Field
  Using for urls
• Formula
  Value of this field will be calculated by formula. In Formula you can use values from other numeric extra fields.
• File
  For file upload
• Textarea
  Simple textarea field.
• Textarea with WYSIWYG editor
  WYSIWYG editor will be automatically added to this field.
• Date
  Date with dropdown select
• Date with calendar picker
  You can select date using JavaScript Calendar
• Date with calendar and time picker
  You can select date and time using JavaScript Calendar
• Date range with calendar picker
  You can select date range using JavaScript Calendar
• Pull Down List
  You have to enter default values for this type
• Checkbox List
  You have to enter default values for this type
• Radiobox List
  You have to enter default values for this type

Extra Fields Options

• Sort Order
  Allows you sort order extra files
• Display in list
  Allows you display extra fields value in items list
• Users access
  Allows you configure wich users groups can have access to extra field
• Form Tabs
  Allows you crate unlimited form tabs and separate exatra fields by them. Extra Form Tabs will be display after tab "General"
